Individual Sessions*
Whether you're navigating trauma, identity shifts, anxiety, or life transitions, individual counseling provides a space to reconnect with your sense of self. Together, we’ll explore the patterns and pain points and work toward healing with compassion and curiosity. Sessions are trauma-informed and client-led, scheduled either in-person or virtual.

Couples’ Sessions*
Relationships can feel disorienting when belief systems shift or communication breaks down. Couples counseling offers a space to unpack tensions, rebuild trust, and move forward with deeper understanding. This work is grounded in mutual respect, emotional safety, and a desire to reconnect with yourself and each other. Sessions are trauma-informed and client-led, scheduled either in-person or virtual.

Post Mormon/LDS Group
Leaving "the church" can feel like a total separation from everything we thought we were, we thought we believed, and in some cases the families and friends in which we thought we belonged. It's typically a gutting experience. This group is created to bring together those who are on a similar journey. In coming together, my hope is that the stabs of depression, anxiety, isolation, and hurt may quiet. The group is trauma-focused and led in-person.
